  1. Free Local Delivery:

    • We are delighted to offer free delivery for local orders within the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area.

    • Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

  2. Shipping Outside of the DMV Area:

    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

    • Customers outside of the DMV area will be responsible for shipping costs.

    • Orders totaling $100 or more for customers outside of the DMV area will qualify for free shipping.

    • Shipping costs will vary based on location and the weight of the order.

    • Upon checkout, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed for your convenience.

  3. Delivery Timeframes:

    • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

    • Estimated delivery times for orders outside of the DMV area will vary depending on the destination. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    • You can track the status of your delivery using the provided tracking number through our website or the designated shipping carrier's website.

  5. Missing or Stolen Shipments:

    • In the unfortunate event that your shipment is missing or stolen, please contact us immediately.

    • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

    • Please note that EightFold Farms DC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently missing or stolen.

    • Customers may opt to purchase shipping insurance at checkout for added protection against missing or stolen shipments.

  6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

    • EightFold Farms DC  is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date.

    • If a delivery is refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery or return of the package.

  7. Damage Disclaimer:

    • While we take every precaution to ensure that your order is packaged securely, EightFold Farms DC  is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

    • Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damages to the carrier immediately.

  8. Order Changes and Cancellations:

    • Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • Please contact our customer service team promptly to request any changes or cancellations.

Return & Exchange Policy

At EightFold Farms DC , we strive to provide you with the freshest and highest quality produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

    • We accept returns or exchanges on fresh produce items within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item.

    • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow [specific timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable items such as fresh produce that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
